Term of Service

--General--
- I can draw OCs, D&D characters as long as they are humanoids. Fanart: it depends, feel free to ask me about it or if you have any other questions.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.--Payment--
- Payment is accepted via PayPal. I will send an invoice

- Payment is due in full upfront for this commission or I will not start drawing your order--Process--
- You can contact me at any of the contact provided at the bottom of this page. Please provide your character reference and the gesture or pose you want.
- After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple of options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. Minor changes are possible in this process. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.
- I will send you the image via email unless you ask otherwise.
- The commission may take up to 1-4 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified.--Uses--
- Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed.
- I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
- I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.--Refunds and canceling--
- If you wish to cancel your commission there will be no refund.
- You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.If I found you broke any of these I will have your name on my blacklist
